She's all set up! I've had my walstad tank set up for 6 years now, and this was the first full take down and redo -- new substrate, some new plants, new hardscape. No filter, just a light and a small heater in a 10 gallon vase. Now we wait for the tank to cycle, and it'll be ready for fish!

So we're supposed to believe Mitch had no broken bones, heart attack, etc - just a small fall that left him briefly unconscious & a lil pneumonia. And for that reason he has been incommunicado in the hospital for a MONTH. The old turtle is trying to steal 1 last seat.

I spent all last night and all today revamping my summer meal plan to only include cooked veg and herbs I grow myself, spent 80$ on additional pots and herbs for the garden, and had to make sure the new meal plans were balanced for my incredibly strict iron-replenishment diet I need right now.
