The before an election verses after on Social Security from GOP Presidents traces directly back to President Trickle Down himself. Trump want's to be Reagan 2.0 but there's not enough taxes on the rich for him to beat Reagan's 42% trickle down Billionaires Bonus so Social Security will have to do.
