Circumstances explored in Wayward Sons Book Group might offer examples of what we'd hope - but not expect - to gain from official inquiries into UFO history (see AARO). Gov shenanigans are typically omitted from interest in lieu of exclusive searches for anomalies. www.patreon.com/collection/2...

This is the highest-resolution view of the surface of the Sun. Ever. Taken by the NSF's Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope, features as small as 19 km across can be resolved. The wispy things are magnetic field boundaries formed by Kelvin-Helmholtz instabilities. The island of Ireland for scale.

A swirling, complex view of yellow–orange–brown wisp-like features. The dark shape in the middle is a superposed outline of the island of Ireland to show scale.

A soggy ream of paper was left on my desk, a calling card of the Cystic Detective. Today, he recounts readings on Marian apparitions and other signs & wonders, as well as another book on the foreboding Franklin Scandal—it recalls UFO scandals worth revisting tannerfboyle.substack.com/p/cystic-det...

If you'd like something even more dangerous, our archive is so old that we don't use these fancy modern rolling stacks. Ours are attached to a motorised chain that runs the length of the room. This means sometimes they like to move by themselves just a little, enough to keep you on edge.

Rolling stacks in the archive with some lovely old archive boxes on them. On the right of the image you can see the handles that have to be pulled to move the stacks, activating the connection with the chain beneath the floor.

In preparation for this project, EFR requested previously released FBI records responsive to Danny Casolaro, which we obtained and may be accessed through the post. We have now requested all responsive records not included in the previous Bureau response. www.patreon.com/ExpandingFro...

An electronic warfare exercise at nearby White Sands Missile Range rendered the navigational system inoperable. Low visibility & an understaffed air-traffic control contributed. It's the first instance of military GPS jamming downing a civilian plane in US airspace. futurism.com/science-ener...

It Appears That the US Military Accidentally Killed Everybody on Board a Civilian Medevac Flight in New Mexico

Researchers may experience a wide variety of ways their records requests are handled from one agency to another. EFR has had some helpful interactions with regional law enforcement agencies, for instance. Some personnel will help reconstruct the request, double check for responsive records, etc.
