If you are commissioning an artist, and want a specific pose, don't run to genAI to try and make it for you. Draw a stick person. Stick person poses are beloved among all artists. We can see exactly what you want. Do not fear sending the stick person. The stick person is magical.

If you have nsfw set to "hide" I implore you to set it to "warn". You still won't see anything except for a blurred post Otherwise once they roll out account-wide adult content labeling a whole lot of people including me are going to disappear from your timelines, even our sfw text posts

i always feel like i loose a bit of sanity in big illustration scenes with a lot of characters, but on the other hand, i love coming up with context and backstories for everyone in my head. just know that if there are any background ppl in my illustrations, they are gay and kissing later actually

'The Floating Market' AD: Fen Inkwright @rosdottir.bsky.social Last illu I had the pleasure to paint for Aquarium this spring, Thank you Fen for giving me free reign with this one, despite such a bright cheerful scene being a bit out of my comfort zone <3 I feel like I've learned a lot from it.

Every time i see a tracing discourse fly by i always think of how most of Mucha's work, especially the commercial posters, are obviously traced thru a grid method from photographs he took. This has been the industry standard for hundreds of years, before photography they'd use camera obsura...
