While I'm highlighting Canadian animation, "My Favorite Things That I Love" by Janet Perlman is such a delight... each new ridiculous character design makes me laugh on sight, it's just so so good and so god damn funny without being anything near a conventional comedic short
Been missing when I used to draw a lot of mario back some years ago and been in class for my new job so doodling in the background just some general design lineups for some of the more reoccurring characters or ones I like hehe #supermariobros
Today I learned that baby cranes are called "colts" because their legs are so long and they can run around like idiots shortly after hatching. This is delightful, I enjoy knowing this.
I just wanted to thank every single one of you for YOUR IMMENSE SUPPORT AND LOVE ON MY FIRST EVER MOVIE!! 💚💚💚 WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW HAPPY I AM, GENUINELY!! 💚💚

Our ancestors made art on cave walls, with berries and ash.
Small Robots@smolrobots.bsky.social · 4mo agoI will not accept an argument that art and creativity have been uniquely democratised in the last few years since the invention of genAI. What a disservice to human history. How little regard you must have for the billions of souls that struggled through unimaginable suffering to express themselves.
“You came because of my flyer, didn’t you?!”
Yep. This is my next fixation.
I like superheroes. Unironically. I don't always like superhero comics or films or TV shows, but I like some of them. I criticise when necessary. I believe humans need mythology. You may not, but I do. It's okay to hate superheroes, but let others enjoy their thing. Posted here to avoid drama.
I feel like I've been in a bit of a slump lately when it comes to drawing Hopefully I get out of it soon (ーー゛)🍀
