Sleep matters for joint health! In our new paper led by Dr Liz Rowlands, we studied sleep habits of 500,000 people. Osteoarthritis risk was highest with <6 hours of nightly sleep and significantly increased by shift work. acrjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/...
