OMG. Friends. So a while back my pharmacy switched generics on my anxiety meds on me. I knew the new ones didn’t work as well but I had no idea how much better the old ones were until today. I’ve been climbing the walls for weeks in an anxiety spiral. Bad or no sleep, nightmares, tension 1/3

Five months ago I was in an ICU bed fighting for my life against septic shock. It seems like yesterday and it also seems a lifetime ago. I’m still not back to baseline as far as exhaustion levels but I *think* my hair has almost stopped falling out. Progress. I’m grateful for it. I’m still here! 💗
