🎉New publication ▶️ Russian speakers are less willing to fight for Latvia than ethnic Latvians. ▶️This is driven by greater Soviet nostalgia. Russian speakers in Latvia are less likely to see Russia as responsible for the war against Ukraine, which reduces their willingness to fight.
