i have purchased a pressure canner to can things like stews and soups and stock. i then realised i have a sad lack of jars. so, while browsing jars from the local The Range, it surprised me to find that jars are more expensive empty than with jam in them (49p for jar w/ jam vs £1.50/empty jar…)

thank you! yes i worked out i can just use Microgynon 30 (30mcg ethinylestradiol (v potent oestrogen - used to be prescribed at 100mcg/day for transfem hrt but blood clot risk) and 150mcg levonorgestrel (progresterone)) which is available as a super easy online prescription with superdrug for cheap
