I think this World Cup has taught us all a very important lesson. Stutter-step penalties never work and if you do them, you're dumb and should stop.
Of two minds about this. 1) It is good that a player who probably got incorrectly sent off for a foul that clearly wasn't a red card is now not suspended for his next game. 2) The way this happened is pretty much just blatant corruption and arguably taints the rest of this World Cup run.
I was waiting for something truly CONCACAFy to happen at this tournament, we've now gone Full CONCACAF
