It’s the law of diminishing returns. Which also affects monopolies. Infantino doesn’t understand basic economic principles, that’s why he will ride this horse into the ground. And in the end he will have cost more for FIFA than he could have possibly ever gained.

I think this World Cup will go down as one of the tactically least innovative and attractive World Cups, but is just (for) now outshined by great performances from Haaland, Messi, Mbappé and Olise.

Sollte Spanien gewinnen und Mbappé Torschützenkönig werden, dann wird Messi trotzdem „Spieler des Turniers“, einfach, damit Infantino ihm zumindest eine Trophäe überreichen kann.
