I've just emptied my rain gauge... 6 and ½ times!! That's 167 mls in the last week or so. No wonder my back garden has what a Dutch friend called "canal views" 😂

My cook top & instantaneous hot water run on bottled gas. And a cute "log fire" only ever used for visitors. The gas could easily run out in summer boiling an egg or something, but somehow it's ALWAYS in the middle of washing my hair in bloody winter so I have to run out &switch tanks dripping wet 😭

Why have I been awake for the last hour trying unsuccessfully to google the name of a perfume I wore in the 80s. Nothing in this activity is worthwhile.

This has to be fkn satire surely? Zoom in on the sign 😒 For 12 yrs my view has been paddocks full of roos. I've been lucky & I always knew this day would come. I can't begrudge someone else the chance to own a home, but geez I'm not hopeful as they've chosen a one size fits all commercial builder 😔
