I'm mourning Tim & Dolly, but focus on celebrating everything they accomplished. You can clearly do a lot when you're passionate, strange, and full of love for what you do. Don't let the bad news rock tumbler consign you to doom. We need more weird, unique voices in this world, now more than ever.

Some people might not be aware, but it is entirely possible that without Dolly Parton we wouldn’t have had a COVID vaccine. She partly funded Moderna’s research and gave the largest individual contribution to make it all happen. Just gives you an idea of the kind of person she was.

Batch cooking for this weekend! The Roma tomatoes I picked from my mum in law’s garden are in this sauce, along w/ mushrooms, 🧅, crushed 🧄and a *lot* of 🫑. Was a real treat being able to make it with such fresh ingredients - the only store bought were the mushrooms & onions! Thanks, mum in law!
