This past month has been the hardest month I've had to endure in such a long time. I know things will get better and I will always continue to push on even when I'm struggling, but the current struggle has been rough. I just wish I could have a nice break from things.

One of my favorite things Peter Cullen did was this very specific Toonami bumper So when Cartoon Network acquired Hamtaro, they didn't know what to do with it so they shoved this wholesome show onto Toonami, and Toonami clearly didn't know how to advertise it Peter's voice just makes it funnier

Peter Cullen really knew how to sell the fuck out of Toonami promos. A non-insignificant amount of anime's popularity in the States rests on his voiceover skills. RIP to the master
First Dolly Parton. Then Tim Curry. Now Peter Cullen. This has been such a devastating week. So many talented individuals are passing away. It's so heartbreaking.

Tim Curry was like a living cartoon character, putting total commitment into every role he ever did no matter how absurd. Nigel Thornberry could have been just another dim-witted character but Tim Curry's performance elevates it to another level.
This one hurts. Curry had been in ill health for a while, but he always retained his cutting wit and charm. Curry was often enormously entertaining regardless of the project he was in, and his hamming was some of the finest around. Also, he gave us the greatest match transition shot ever.

I know this isn't the type of movie that many people would want to see in the Criterion Collection, but I do think it's neat to see a Netflix-only movie get a physical release. Makes me wish more streaming services would put their shows on physical formats.
