Spending Father's Day doing things I won't want to when I get home during the week.. trimmed a full pack of chicken thighs up, froze half, then 1" chopped the remainder and split it into 2 applications.. One with Mexican dry spices and oil, the other with Asian sauces and flavors. 😮‍💨 Will be tasty!

I'm now armed with gummy vitamins and ibuprofen. Unstoppable.

The crafting/upgrade system in Tainted Grail is pretty damn fun. It's often the part of the game I throw myself into at the first opportunity. Right now I'm rocking a 2H/Heavy Armor build but I'm gathering full sets of rogue things and caster things and mixes of the two. Respec's aren't cheap!

Marinated chicken in a bunch of Asian sauces (teriyaki, gochujang, sambal oelek, little chili crisp). Reduced the marinade, boiled and a little slurry to thicken more. Parcooked the chicken, coated in the sauce, air fryer till brown and sticky goodness.

Still cooking! Tried pork loin in the air fryer and it worked rather well!! And some jazzed up green bean casserole. Aww hell yeah.

The moon was beautiful last night! Our parking lot was much too bright but I got some details with the exposure dropped. 😁🌕🌔

Et voila! C’est magnifique! Chicken Cordon Bleu Calzone! Ranch flavored dough?! (It smells great) Sautéed chicken and onions Smoked ham Monterey Jack and White Sharp Cheddar 2:1 350-375 for 35-45 min.

It seemed a FINE day for Cheddar, Jalapeño, Shallot Cornbread Muffins. 😁

D&D game started up amongst the work folk. I’m LOVING my guy. 😁 Moran the Prophetic College of Eloquence bard, and offering classes on “Arrowdynamics - Negotiations and How To Be On The Right End.” 🏹📝 “I say! I see you skulking over there.. are you sure you’re doing it properly?”

🚨 Project Phoenix gets a huge boost! I provide books to my unit in an inpatient addiction rehab. Another employee runs a lil library too. Our work on this became very visible the last few months (😉). HUGE local library book sale in 3 weeks, and the CEO authorized a chunk of money for it!! 💰

This is one of many things I’m working on. 😁😘🦾🫂

(I suppose if you’d really like to, you could rewrite that with nice fonts and arranging into an 8x11 page or 11x8 printable paper with all that info on the whiteboard. Credit yourself! Artist/Author name and website link, cover art, etc) 📚💨
