Over 1,000 Ubisoft workers around the world have walked off the job. In response to a return-to-office mandate, layoffs, and the cancellation of several games, workers launched a three-day strike. The workers walked out in response to five French unions issuing the strike call.

Ubisoft workers are on strike: 'We are treated like children'

The strike comes after the publisher revealed plans to cut up to 200 jobs and ordered remote workers back into the office

Listen I do not care if this is the author's barely disguised fetish, if they're good at their damn job it will be MY barely disguised fetish while the story lasts and perhaps afterwards

I need to pick up some meds from the pharmacy this weekend and have two doctor appointments next week so anything helps. I apologize for constantly hounding for help, I understand it is annoying and frustrating. I really do.

I have an art book for #tyreecomic ! It's 62 pages at $10! Not only does it have art but I have some brief guides into my page process as well. There is even stuff I havent released publicly in it! It's a great way to support me currently and get a glimpse into my obsession ko-fi.com/s/f5c5cebbd6

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque: "This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".

Bronze plaque saying "A Letter to the Future. Ok is the first Icelandic glacier to lose its status as a glacier. In the next 200 years all our glaciers are expected to follow the same path. This monument is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it. August 2019. 415ppm CO2"
