Today’s epilogue diminishes the gravity of that day, denigrates the work of the prosecutors and law enforcement officers who secured these convictions, and excuses criminal acts that caused a centuries-long pillar of our democracy—the peaceful transfer of presidential power—to buckle. Update: Yesterday, IMAX announced that IMAX 70mm theaters across the country had added screenings through mid-September, and I was just able to secure a ticket (in a pretty good viewing location, to boot) at the Lincoln Square AMC! I'd recommend the AMC app btw — I got rate-limited on my desktop PC

Bummed that I won't be able to make it to an IMAX 70mm film screening — they're all sold out in Manhattan for the rest of this initial run — but hey, maybe Universal will bring it back to IMAX theaters for an awards-season run in the winter?

I've been meaning to ask for some help on here about this very thing! My parents are strongly considering getting a Tesla specifically for FSD (Mom had a stroke 7mo ago, not sure if she'll be able to drive again; Dad is 75 with severe back/sciatic pain). Any comparable non-Tesla options available?

This is framed as a feel-good story, but it should scare the wits out of anybody on the road. Tesla's deceptive marketing is convincing seniors that the cars drive themselves. In reality, a human must always be ready to intervene. If someone lacks the ability to do that, they shouldn't be driving!
