Does playing tennis enhance cognitive functioning? 🎾🧠 Federica, PhD student at our lab, is presenting her systematic review on the cognitive entailments of the sport of tennis today. Poster session XI, #35, 1 to 2 pm. We’d love to see you there! #APS26BCN

First day at the #APS26BCN for @florkinal.bsky.social & Federica Salmaso. Listening to interesting talks on closeness, musical training, shared reality.
Presented a poster on thematic framing in postcards after synchrony-inducing interactions at #PsycholinguisticsinFlanders2026 goes to Pavia @unipv.bsky.social. Interesting conversations and takes on psycholinguistics today.
And that’s a wrap on #EUCAS2025 at the University of Pavia! Four days of inspiring talks, new collaborations, and vibrant discussions. We’re incredibly grateful to all participants and keynote speakers, and proud of the outcome. See you next time in Belfast! ☺️
Honoured to have been part of the organizing team at #EUCAS2025! I also presented a poster on our meta-analysis of age differences in Theory of Mind and gave a talk on age and cultural influences on spontaneous perspective taking. Grateful for the inspiring discussions!
We’re so happy with how #EUCAS2025 turned out — an incredible few days of science, exchange, and connection. Huge kudos to our whole organizing team: students, PhDs, Postdocs, and professors. Couldn’t have done it without everyone’s dedication!
We also had Prof. Elena Cavallini and postdoc @florkinal.bsky.social give talks at #EUCAS2025 — in the Social Cognition Symposium and the Social Cognition & Interaction session. A pleasure to contribute to the program in many ways!
What a fantastic #EUCAS2025! Grateful to have hosted this year’s edition. Also thrilled to have shared 5 posters from our lab, with contributions from our MSc student, PhDs, and Postdocs @federicocurzel.bsky.social @florkinal.bsky.social! A great opportunity to share our work with the community!
Day 1 of #EUCAS2025 is a wrap! We kicked off with our grant-writing pre-event, thanks to our amazing speakers: @davidecrepaldi.bsky.social, Francesca Lionetti, Luca Rinaldi & @gerardosalvato.bsky.social for sharing insights. We closed the day, spirits in hand at the welcome reception. On to Day 2!
Today, I was asked by 2 lab members if we should exclude Afro hairstyles for EEG studies It should not be an exclusion criterion for #EEG studies in #neuroscience. I've tested >200 participants with great signal quality—this exclusion is unnecessary and limits inclusivity @sfnjournals.bsky.social
On this final day of the @selfknowingothers.bsky.social workshop, I was thrilled to present our meta-analysis on age-related differences in Theory of Mind, focusing on task characteristics. Engaging discussions and plenty of food for thought! #SelfOther_be24
Attending the insightful @selfknowingothers.bsky.social workshop in Brussels, exploring fascinating talks on Social Cognition. Excited to present my meta-analysis on theory of mind task characteristics in aging tomorrow! Swing by Poster n•27 for a chat on my research. #SelfOther_be24
