You know? I think it's wonderful that we can have little snippets like this in the community. I don't know how to explain it, but... it gives me a sense of safety in aging. If that makes sense. One thing I've noticed about younger tiktok "furries" is that they simply don't actually use furry gallery sites. You *could* draw the conclusion that maybe the concept of gallery sites is antiquated to younger furries, but I don't think that's it. There are *plenty* of younger users on those sites

This is me hiding, but not hiding. I have always struggled with my body image so shy away from posting pics of the real me, so here's a compromise. This feels exposing as it's a fairly accurate depiction of me including my real shape and hairy legs and saggin boobs but I maybe want to stop hiding.

So apparently some Hollywood reject is trying to trademark the most common word in the fandom: fursona. This impacts every furry and more importantly fursuit makers because they're trying to trademark it under Class 25 (Clothing / Robes) which includes costumes and subsequently fursuits.
