Women are taught to “cover up” and feel shame about their bodies. Naturism is letting go of that fear and standing in your own confidence. Your body is part of who you are—nothing to hide. Thousands of women stand with you around the world. — Alice de Wet, President of @gonatural.bsky.social
Swim on petone Beach today. This year's temperatures are holding up very well.
Ran out of time so not all the way to summit station. I did manage all but 2km naked though.
Bridget impressed me tonight. Went to a beach all by herself. It's just a regular beach but in NZ that doesn't matter.
Still one of my most favourite shoots I’ve done in 2024 in the coolest little capital with @kaimerastudio.bsky.social
Congested nude beach in nz. I have never managed to figure out why people hide in the dunes given the available space
Well I may be quieter for a day or two. Crashed off a bike, I hospital with 6 broken ribs and a broken shoulder blade.
I believe everyone is born naturist and it's just our society and culture that buries it. It's something we just are. It's not a hobby, but who we really are once the false social layers are removed. That's why it just 'feels right'.
Found a new bend in the river for a swim. Water temperature has risen in the last couple of weeks but it still feels cool.
Was chilly first thing but lovely now. Morning brew in the sunshine.
Don't know why they have a specific naked gardening day, surely every day is a naked gardening day.
Off to the supermarket on a gorgeous day. Unfortunately I have to add clothes before I go in. Not that it's illegal it's just not socially acceptable yet.
So society is happy to use the title naked on a product, but freaks the second a human adopts it's natural state.
