It’s been a rather lovely day working 0F42 and 6O42, it must be said! I don’t think I need to say much more than that. 😃 A huge thank you to the lovely Brian Newton for capturing this magnificent shot of me passing through Acton Bridge. I absolutely love it!! 🥰
A day on the shed yesterday meant I finally got to drive the British Pullman, 67024! I did feel a little bit fancy for a while! 😆 It had actually been a while since I last drove a Class 67, so it was great to get back to grips with them again! Tomorrow I’m back with 4M73 and 4O21!
Our thoughts tonight are with the family and friends of the driver who died in the crash near Bedford today, and with the passengers injured in the accident. We want to thank the emergency services who responded so quickly to help those on board and are still at the scene.
I enjoy just taking a screenshot of my status. That way, I don’t have to stick to a word limit! 😜
Never feed it after midnight. Might drop a few bombs!

If you want to see a look of utter bewilderment on your partner's face I suggest lugging a sizeable toy plane half way around the world, then when you reach the perfect romantic spot pull out said plane from your rucksack and suggest pictures with it as the theme of the holiday. Then propose.

Losing our second so soon after the first, and to an ectopic, has been such a deep blow. There's so much to say and I don't know how to say it. The only people in my social circles I know who've had losses eventually had successes, yet it feels isolating to be left with just the experience of loss.

RL went well last week! The highlight was having the same LNWR driver with me from BNS to Rugby as I did last year when I was first learning this route. He remembered me which was lovely and we had a great little catch up! I’m definitely ready to sign this route off once I’m assigned to do so. (1/3)
