Saw credits on silksong. Still gotta do second credits and extra stuff. Game is certainly very good but I stand by some design decisions regarding combat being needlessly punishing and I'm just overall tired of games with qol locked behind obtuse side quests.

Finally playing silksong. The game is beautiful and the levels are very fun to move around in and the upgrades feel meaningful. The bosses in this game feel like actual dog water. Too much health and do too much damage. They all overstay their welcomes.

Spent my birthday watching Gatsby. Still a very relatable tragic character in the sense of giving everything to somebody who then doesn't commit. I think by saying "nothing is going to happen" you are basically ensuring nothing is going to happen. That sentiment is heard and understood by elected leaders who have the power and the means to make something happen.

I love when MAGA types publish a list of unambiguously good things as if they're unambiguously bad things. It's such a revelation of what fearful cowardly people they are. We live in times of radical abuses. We should all seek radical remedies. All I can say to this is Hell Yeah.
