Rawdogging ADHD is no picnic. I just want you to be able to get the help you need. Not just meds, I won't advocate for that unless you need them, and I'd be a hypocrite if I did when I refuse them myself. There are a lot of ways to manage without meds.

Sometimes I feel like I've lived in two very different worlds. I saw the 80s from a child's perspective, grew through the 90s into young adulthood, then faced the cold reality of adulthood in the new millennium I witnessed our world become more connected while people became disconnected.
