There is no acceptable outcome to finish today without a left back by the way. None. It was the priority signing of the summer after CM. More essential than getting either the 2nd or 3rd new CM signings. It is a total dereliction of duty and Wilcox should be sacked, not Carrick. Utter shambles.

Losing to 10 men once in a season is bad enough, twice is unforgivable. Doing so is never on the managers. Despite Carrick being too slow (as was Amirom) to change things. It's just pathetic mentality from the players. 10 dreadful performances and Bruno Fernandes. Deserved nothing.

I know many are not considering, but Yeremi Pino could be a good option for transfer.
People are (rightfully) mocking us for Southgate being linked to replace Amirom... but I'll say this. The biggest single stumbling block at Utd isn't a system, style of play or the squad... it's the mentality. Which is literally the one thing Southgate did wonders with.

This is a total embarrassment from Amirom. If he won't change the system he has to walk. I really, really like the guy but it doesnt matter if it's City or Grimsby. All it takes it to play 3 men against our 2 in midfield and win It really is that simple Our 3rd CB offers literally nothing. Ever.
Models are at their weakest point early season. Most predicted an easy City win. Modeling Ange to Frank change is just not easy. Ask any modeler how they incorporated that change and you won’t get a good answer. Most would avoid answering that question.
Been thinking about why I didn’t consider Ekitike. But, with Isak’s imminent transfer there is no way I would have gone for Ekitike. Just the way I play this game.
I had Wirtz + Evanilson and Ekitike + Semenyo did the points 🤔🤔
I did a lot of gymnastics to my team just to fit Wirtz in 🤔🤔
Keep an eye on Bournemouth defense. If their defense is fine, players like Senesi could become real options. Great DEFCON data.
One basic rule I am applying right now — Focus on DEFCON for defenders, sometimes more than their attacking chances. — Don’t worry about DEFCON for midfielders, except maybe Bruno
