i've had ADHD my whole life and i've worked through the self-hatred and shame and whatnot but where i've been stuck recently is i am just SO FUCKING TIRED of it my life is just one "man does incredibly ADHD thing" to another
found out my daily driver lotion has alpha htdroxy acid in it, which apparently increases your skin's sensitivity to UV light 💀 this isn't really a problem, since i don't go outside, but... it could have been?? also, the key to good skin + looking young is really being a vampire, huh?
