So it turns out LLMs are pretty solid at dependent types, which are pretty good at constructing provably correct domain algebras.

You don't know what a monad is? Just tell an LLM "make sure these are all monads pls" and have it write some Lean.
I think this correct even in the more rigorous technical definition of bad faith.
Concerns over fake phenomena cannot be held in good faith. There's no such thing as "good faith" concern over razorblades in Halloween apples or vaccines causing autism. If you still have 'concerns' about these issues you are uninformed, a bigot or being manipulated. No other option.
I'm using Haskell to build a free monadic, church-encoded `HighHorse` to look down on you all from.
I feel like it's not a hot take that if you could count all unprosecuted crimes, motor vehicle drivers would be the biggest source of crime, right? Like it wouldn't be close.
Uh hey you don't get to keep your job by proving you're alive, Mitch. You actually have to clock in.
Yeah this is like one of the most common crimes in Brooklyn too.
this is such a problem in Philadelphia. not only do drivers swerve into bike lanes to “beat the light”, i also see them cross double yellow into oncoming traffic. i saw it yesterday on MLK and Landsdowne. only a matter of time until someone is seriously injured or killed… again.
Got this working but for a CAD lexicon tonight, I’m excited.
Really inspiring @atproto.nyc meetup, I definitely would love to participate in the hackathon that was mentioned, or attend a beginners' talk series. I'm currently interested in leveraging the moderation primitives to let organizations verify businesses and products as "local", "scope-3 eco", etc.
Just putting it into the universe that I’d drop good money on a solar-powered camper van, like if one of those Amazon + Rivian joints ever came up on the used market I’d snatch that.
I want to contribute 3D models to social platforms like MakerWorld but the whole reason I have a 3D printer is so that I can make very niche things that I could never buy and therefor would be of no use to anyone else. Like a shitty little latch for this janky cabinet I slapped together.
I really love working on a complex app because sometimes features emerge out of interplaying systems that I had zero plan for.
The past week in our apartment has been punctuated by me shouting “look at the mundane public trust! Look at the embodied social contract! Another day in New York!” At the TV and my dog.
The number of people at the Knicks parade today were roughly equal to the combined population of Wyoming, Vermont, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana & Alaska. So if you heard about any issues in NYC today, but not about any crimes in those states, you know the agenda of that media.
The administration has done fucked up. One of the Minnesota 15 is a folk singer, and he spent time in his holding cell leading a sing-a-long with other detainees. Hey ICE, you wanna make a Woody Guthrie? Cuz this is how you make a Woody Guthrie.
I wish could see a chart of how long I spend thinking about texting people back against how long it actually takes to text them back.
How do people have time for work and life? It straight up just doesn't add up.
Knicks in 5. My neighborhood is just a jubilant wall of sound.
