A drawing of my Subnautica architect OC: Veneer! A majority of their DNA is taken from the vent gardens found on 4546B. As a result, their body is very stretched, taking on the shape and hue of the vent garden’s main body. Their head also resembles the mega fauna (in both structure and function), housing floral samples and allowing them to germinate. Their body is covered with yellow energy streaks that wrap up and around their arms, torso, and face. The streaks are patterned in a way that resembles the natural patterns of the vent garden.
The drawing and character belong to me, but the concept and design of the original “vent garden” and “architects” belong to Unknown Worlds Entertainment and those who worked on Subnautica: Below Zero.

Water Boatman - Go Out On The Water #Taxidermy #Bugs #Crafts

A mini display for a Water Boatman bug I found in my pool. It died of natural causes, don’t worry TwT
I tend to use broken jewelry and other discarded trinkets I have lying around because I don’t like throwing things away & I like to see what I can make on a “budget” *^w^
I used a pressed tree. . .thingy. . .2 wooden sticks (I forget what they’re called TWT) that I cut in half, some moss & mini twigs, a snipet of paper from the book “Joy Street” (it’s really old and I don’t plan on reading it so I use it in my projects instead!), and some old hot glue for the water <3
All the credit for this piece goes to the Water Boatman; all I did was work around their beauty 🩵
