Pan-cancer human brain metastases atlas at single-cell resolution
Pan-cancer human brain metastases atlas at single-cell resolution
Xing et al. construct a comprehensive pan-cancer human brain metastasis (BrM) atlas at single-cell resolution, uncovering five major BrM ecotypes associated with distinct phenotypic characteristics. The study also identifies several novel cell states and subsets that are strongly enriched in BrM across different lineages, suggesting them as potential therapeutic targets for future investigations.
