holy shit -- Schiff ties Trump's judicial nominees in knots by asking them who won the 2016 before *before* asking them who won in 2020, which results in them sounding like election deniers about Trump's victories!
Thank you, Michigan. I love you from the bottom of my heart!
This article is poorly thought out trash. He presents the false choice of either taking the right-wing hateful position, or being silent. He doesn't look at all of the athletes and sports personalities that speak with clarity on political issues from the position of kindness shared by 80%+ of people
Aaron Rodgers spoke out about Dr. Anthony Fauci. Sophie Cunningham spoke out about transgender athletes. Caitlin Clark chose not to weigh in. Three different approaches, one common result: criticism. Steve Buckley on how athletes can't win on social media: nyti.ms/3Sa9A7D
They are obviously unlikely to sweep all of these unless we start seeing a D+15 generic ballot (please please please), but if the DCCC protected all its frontline incumbents and swept all of its targets, we'd be looking at 267 seats.
DCCC adds 12 GOP seats to midterm target map
Putin clearly articulated several times the only reason why he continues his war: "What else will we be doing if the war ends?" "We were too bored and now we have the action!" If you are in total power for 22 years, there is nothing left for you but to wage wars and murder people.

Big money spent $70 million to try and defeat Abdul El-Sayed and it didn't work! POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
Watch out for folks critical of Democrats who aren't white men who once gave the benefit of the doubt to Trump.
I admire people like that, who can watch "bad movies" too. If I had stayed away from traditional "bad films," I never would've loved Halloween III or almost all of the Friday the 13th films.
Good luck lol, if your feed is anything like mine they will clutch their pearls tonight and still go see it this weekend because they don’t know how not to see every new release, regardless of quality
I don't hate her for this, but I just assume she knows something about the Arizona electorate that I don't.
And this is why people hate the Dem establishment. www.nytimes.com/2026/08/04/u...

Do you ever wonder if Iowa Rep Steve King looks at the GOP now and shakes his head, wishing he'd kept his mouth shut a little longer? He'd be the head bigot by now.
Sen. Jim Banks refers to American citizens as "the babies of invaders" and compares them to Nazi spies and terrorists
Because of his role in the insurrection, Trump has a constitutional disqualification from being President. That can either be enforced or ignored by Congress. It was obviously ignored. But if Dems take Congress, they can have a vote in both chambers to lift Trump's disqualification.

If Dems take both the House and the Senate, they can do something really odd that might have the effect of removing Trump without impeachment. It's already in the Constitution. Amendment 14. Section 3. Schumer should've done this in November of '24 constitution.congress.gov/browse/amend...
