Motherfucker dumped unbagged trash and a ton of food waste in my recycling bin. Completely filled it and left some more all over the driveway. Like tore open bags to dump into my recycling. There were fucking sharps. There were also multiple packages for a dude around the block. Dumb motherfucker.
