I can count on 1 hand how many times in the past 10 yrs I've canceled clients. I canceled today. I sound like a pack a day smoker and am not 100%. I feel awful for canceling, but I know I would give subpar therapy and that isn't ok. So if anyone needs me, text me. You don't want to hear my voice lol
Spent today on the couch with Mucinex, a mountain of tissues, & my humidifier 🤧 Apparently my body did not appreciate the dry, cold hotel air during my training trip this past week. My spacey brain left my humidifier at home, the one thing I normally take everywhere I travel. Yay 🫠

I run therapist Facebook groups, and so many therapists are making AI flyers. Every single one looks terrible, and I take psychic damage every time I see them. 🫠

Con staff talk to each other. Cons share staff. If you're an ahole at one con, other cons will hear about it. When you're applying to run panels or join staff, people consider whether bringing you on also means bringing drama. So don't be an asshole. It's a very effective networking strategy.
