if reading as much as I have this year has taught me anything its: trust your readers to get what you're putting down.... stop trying to explain everything there's a bit of a joy in being a bit confused and just letting yourself be along for the ride & putting trust in a writer to tell their story

i am just 2 scenes away from finishing my first draft of the translation of ch 1 of Augustine and I'm pretty proud of it so far! no doubt it'll be a bit rough but its a webcomic so im trying to be Normal And Cool with it and not overthink it LOL.

We never put all our eggs in 1 basket but over the last 2-3 years every single basket has been fucking upended so where we started with like 7 we're down to like 2 and 1 of those two has an off-year risk every time so im really so fucking tired lol.

I'm having horror flashbacks to fulfilling the Theropods Card Deck campaign and honestly shit like this is making running Kickstarters essentially impossible at this rate. Idk if we'll ever be able to run another merch-one ever again which is terrifying to actually say.
