Love to know the thinking behind these recently installed cycle stands at the top of Junction Road. I can't see them being used much, if at all. More in the city & other shopping areas not in places where people store bikes on their own properties, where they're safer. @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social
@oxfordcitycouncil.bsky.social are you aware of the state of the roof on this grade 2 listed cottage on Temple Road. Collapsing. @historicengland.bsky.social
Horspath Road today. This van is normally parked on road on the corner double yellows but smarter tho king today, no lines on the pavement. @badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social
@badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social Lovely colour BMW. Trading places on the blocked ltn roads. Perhaps they're trying to confuse the enforcement officers.
@badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social . Just my take.
@oxfordshirecc.bsky.social your report an illegally parked vehicle webpages are not user friendly. They actually discourage reporting. You either need to put all reporting boxes on one page or the car details first. Also the buttons at the continue bottom on the last page needs to be above cancel.

A bee can be seen heading towards some common knapweed flowers. Viewed on my walk today. #nature #photography
@oxfordcitycouncil.bsky.social #Oxford does need homes. The two houses behind this hoarding have been empty for about 4 years. This new hoarding says there is a crisis. You seem to be doing little about solving it. A little less money on advertising and more on action? @theoxfordmail.bsky.social
@radiohead.wastehq.social just found these 2 fanzines in the loft while on the hunt for a note Paul Stanley sent me some years ago. In Abuse there's a nice visual of the second night of the debut #Blur tour in Japan @blurfanclub.bsky.social, couldn't find the note though, annoyingly.
A Cream Spot Ladybird seen on a rose leaf today. Can't remember ever seeing one before, apparently quite common. #photography #nature
@badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social only a couple on the pavement today. Horspath Road.
A nice gathering of pavement parked cars. Horspath Road today. @badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social
Obviously a grey space for the driver of this parked car. Not in the bus pick up area, not on the road? Perfect. Templars Square. @badlyparkedox.bsky.social
Paradise Square. I can park my car fully blocking the pavement because I have a blue badge. @badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social
@badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social seen this Mercedes here many times. Rectory Road. @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social
A parent picking up their child from Tyndale School decides that parking on double yellows in a cycle lane at traffic lights is a good place to leave the car whilst they walk to the schools. Cars are banned from driving down the school road at certain times. @badlyparkedox.bsky.social
I think this is one of the best looking new buildings in #Oxford now. Hopefully others will take note. @ox.ac.uk @oxfordshirecc.bsky.social
This pavement along Hollow Way, Southfield Golf Course boundary. Have reported many times on Fix My Street but to no avail. @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social. It should be wide enough for three pedestrians side by side but at some places people are forced onto the road to avoid others.
Only one today at bottom of Horspath Road and the Honda at top of Horspath Road, picking up the kiddies from Tyndale School.
@badlyparkedox.bsky.social @oxfordpedestrians.bsky.social bottom of Horspath Road and Church Road Horspath
