#Smaugust Day 3 - Jeweled! My big thought process was baby birds, how they have those big buggy eyes that feel like little pearls underneath their super thin skin. But, to keep the shapes looking interesting, I added a super long tail! I think it's cute. #Smaugust2026 #Dragon #Art

A small peach dragon with droopy eyes and a long, coiling tail with zigzag patterns on it. The end of its tail, and the pupil of its eye, are gemstones which shine in contrast to the deep maroon background. It stumbles around clumsily.

Only learned recently that this thing I’ve been calling Queen Anne’s Lace for most of my life is actually also called a “wild carrot.” Totally blew my mind. I didn’t eat it, but it *smells like a carrot*. There were hundreds, so I pulled one and washed off the dirt at the riverbank.  

The wild carrot lying on its side over some old bonfire with bits of charcoal, the point of the carrot is pointing to our right, and the green part is to the left. The carrot is slender, pale, almost like an off-white color and alongside the shaft of the main carrot, there are many roots that go out almost in right angles.

i remember several times hank green flat out talks about how disastrous ai is and how much it scares him and how much it sucks for accuracy so the fact he still fell down the rabbit hole is SCARY. doesn't absolve him of jumping down it in the first place, but a warning you can't do this shit once!!
