I’m wondering what folks with a gajillion followers (or like 10k or more) are doing to attract them these days. I feel like I’m putting out a lot of content, putting out the thirst pics, being on the podcasts, promoting stuff. But I’m kind of stalled out at 4k. (And around 2k over on instagram)

I love that something someone doesn't personally need is a SCAM. I, on the other hand, use our printer constantly and have for literally decades because I have a job that requires it, and a hobby that does as well. My husband also uses it occasionally. Guess we're getting SCAMMED!!

No. One, they're a pain in the ass and a scam. Two, nearly everything I do is able to be done electronically. Three, if someone wants me to sign a print contract I tell them to print it out and send it to me. Four, in the rare instances I need to print something, the local library has a printer.

Years ago on LiveJournal an acquaintance offloaded several friends IRL bc he was upset they didn’t like Spider-Man 3, which he took very personally. At the time I thought that was ridiculous behavior. But now it seems like that’s the behavior of 90% of people who talk abt movies on social media.

My husband and I finally watched OBSESSION and we are now a HOUSE DIVIDED over the film.
