Almost every candidate is weak on at least one major policy area; in Z's case, one of those areas is NYCHA. @laylalawgisiko.bsky.social's piece explains how NYCHA housing becomes increasingly commodified via the RAD-PACT program—and why this is a battle we must not concede to neoliberal finance.
In Z's famously message-disciplined trio of campaign agenda priorities, the housing piece was to freeze the rent. As a result, many people did not learn his stances on either NYCHA preservation or housing construction; unfortunately, both stances always favored private/market interventions.
