Pacific drive is slowly growing on me now that I've finally pulled my head out my ass and am actually making progress on upgrades etc.

There's a special kind of embarrassment when you dig into a games lore for hours on end and the moment someone goes "hey, anyone know something about this chain of events" a that information leaves your brain. Like yeah, I'd love to chew your ear off about the lore but i FUCKING FORGOT, DAMNIT.

You know it says a lot about the games industry when I'm more excited for TankRat than any other big release. We don't get enough high quality small studio games that scratch a specific itch and I'm hoping this game won't be another "whoops, heres our list of AI use" instance. Inb4 i jinxed it.

I love when my majority pve game is occasionally interrupted by mechanics that intentionally let the worst people in earth know that you're free game to be griefed. It's such good game design i hope whoever designs that kinda stuff occasionally gets hit with a pan while making coffee.
