Guess everyone’s resolution started today then. Gym was rammed. Pissing it down on the way to the gym. Snowing on the way to work. It’s Monday anddddd the first five day week of 2025… At least the Rovers won. It does make a huge difference
Watching the Lockerbie show with Colin Firth on Sky, halfway through the first episode and crikey me it’s powerful. Had to bite my lip a couple of times. I would’ve only had been 3 and a bit at the time.
Put on 10lb during the festive week after only being 3lb off my target weight Xmas Eve morning 😂 Did not feel the gym this morning and tbf work either but done one… I’m blaming yesterday for completely killing my mood 🙄
