Used to regretfully talk to a guy that kept trying to get me to take random cleanses and shit from Amazon to "cleanse your system of the vaccines making you sick". I remember being particularly annoyed when he talked about putting me on a cleanse to clear out the HPV vaccine I'd gotten.

Honestly, I rarely think about the why behind it. I tend to just offer kindness because it's what I can offer. The world is cruel and thieving and constantly taking something from each of us. So, if all I have left after all the taking and suffering is kindness, maybe it wouldn't hurt to share that.
