There's a lot of dumb in the CFB Wainwright story. CAF guy says: “The fire was a kilometre away when the wind shifted. It is not normal for a fire to move a kilometre in 30 to 60 seconds,” he said. Yes it is. Ember attack. Increased speed up hill. These are things you should have known.

Quite a long time after whatever the fuck happened at CFB Wainwright and we still have no idea what happened. Or any numbers beyond maybe 7 dead, and hospitals in both Alberta and Saskatchewan taking injured. Hopeless transparency from Canadian Forces. Not unusual tbf.

Zacharia's tenure was so short that I don't think she ever had time to actually commit crimes on behalf of the administration. No genocide denial, no lies about acts of violence, none of the usual press secretary crimes. Accidentally the most virtuous secretary of the last decade at least.

Anyway, given the Cybertruck is somehow legal in the US, I'm sure the exploding rocket Tesla Roadster will somehow get approved too. When that happens the dashcam videos will be amazing.

So... I don't understand the new RTX Spark laptops. The idea is solid, but the CPU is underpowered, Windows on ARM still sucks... and the price to performance ratio is worse than competing Apple products. You really need to have CUDA... and have it on a Laptop?!? What's that market size? 30 ppl?
