Among the findings here, the Israeli government directly intervened with local law enforcement, and requested they travel to Israel for training. The Ministry that made the request has since changed its name to the Ministry of National Security and is now run by Itamar Ben-Gvir.

US Multi-disciplinary Group to Israel, July 2005 ‘After the IRTC conference, the Israeli government made a request to Region S coordinators to bring a multi-disciplinary group to Israel to see beyond the theory. Hosted by the Deputy Minister of Internal Security, instructors will include high ranking police, hospital, EMS, military, intelligence, legal and political officials. Heavy ‘emphasis will be placed on the integration of civilian emergency units with professional response agencies, This training will be conducted in nearly every region of the state of Israel.
