We started our afternoon session with Natalia Rojas talking about her unconventional journey to scientific illustration and how she became an illustrator for the popular board game series Wingspan! #SciArt

Our last presentation of the morning was from Mandy Root-Thompson and Amanda Behr of Augusta University. They talked about how their Medical Illustration Graduate Program students worked with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources to create illustrated infographics for real-world clients.
