Picked up what I thought was a piece of thread from the carpet that turned out to be dead, maimed spider - a big one - and DAMN CATS.
They're doing a little work in my/my boss's office this week so I am wfh the rest of the week. It's unbelievable how much better I feel knowing I won't have to go in again until Tuesday

My son, who is an early riser, texted me at 6 a.m. to say flour is on sale at Meijer. If he keeps this up I am booting him from the "okay to disturb" list.
Tonight's baking project is getting 2/3rds of the way to pull apart garlic bread. First proof and shaping tonight, then into the fridge with them for a second rise overnight, then baking tomorrow.
