Your concerns are warranted. So many systemic problems with Hollywood film/TV business. The saving grace is the buyers continually need new "product" to generate revenue to cover fixed operating costs. That means stories. And that means writers. As always, it comes down to what we put on the page.

Thanks for the reply, Scott. validation isn’t my issue, tbh. entertainment has always been a long shot but the saving grace was diversity (studio, indie, etc) and taste (tent poles, art house, etc) Now, the leveling + consolidation make me wonder is there even a path forward ? 🙏
