This fire is a bit south of where the Brunswick Creek fire had been near Boston Bar, immediately south of town on the right side of the river. Very near Tuckkwiowhum Heritage Village. It's 37 C in the canyon right now.

Today! 1pm! Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack! Book launch day is officially happening, and as promised there will be snacks, books, and endangered animal shaped cookies.
Had my wedding reception on Sat (got married 5 years ago) and just received our photos. They are So Awful and I could not be more delighted. We had 18 disposable cameras and six kids under seven, so every other photo is of someone’s feet, a blurry shot of a table. Absolutely spectacular. No notes.
Book launch is this Sunday (June 28) at 1pm at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack. Come for the book, come for the snacks, I don’t judge.
