I get that there are almost certainly solutions to addressing Opus 5's tone issues. But framing it as technical debt is a step too far for me. 'Update your workflows or your agents will be snotty.' is an odd take, IMO.
Been feeling this a lot lately, and it could be bad news for #Anthropic. #Claude's tone matters. If your product is unpleasant to use - and even comes off a bit dickish - people absolutely will turn away regardless of how well it works.
Is there any path forward on #Claude certification for non-partners? I can't drive adoption at my org without a cert, and in a flooded market I'd love a documented trust artifact behind my side work portfolio. Feels like solo devs get frozen out, and it harms adoption at non-technical orgs.
