Nigel Farage has failed people in Clacton. Im certain I've done more work than him in the four months I've been here than he's done in two years. People in Clacton deserve so much more than this shameful stunt.

Horrific news from Golders Green. My thoughts are with the two men who are injured, their loved ones, and the wider community. Very grateful to Hatzola, and the emergency services who responded, and to members of the public who selflessly rushed to help.

Donald Trump has threatened that Iran’s 'whole civilisation will die tonight'. This is incredibly alarming. These threats normalise mass civilian harm, and makes an already volatile situation even worse Starmer must condemn Trump’s rhetoric and urgently review and remove US access to UK airbases.

I'm not on here too much these days, things have been a little busy 👀🤭 But the love and support I'm feeling on here is incredible. Being a woman, in politics, online is often utterly grim. So thank you to everyone who has my back. It means the world 💚

Devastating news that our wonderful friend Vicki was killed by a car whilst out walking yesterday. Fighting for a better, fairer and safer world was in her bones and I feel so lucky to have known her. What a terrible loss. Heartbroken for her family and everyone who knew her 💔

A photo of my friend Vicki who is stood in a garden with lots of greenery behind her. She is very colourful, wearing a red dress and yellow scarf and light brown cardigan. She has her Green Party rosette on. She is smiling beautifully and looks so happy.

My heart has broken 💔 Absolutely devastated to have let my beautiful Elsie leave this world, late last night after she became unwell over the weekend. My greyhounds are my world- they've shaped who I am and I feel so lucky to have got to share in their lives Sleep well Else x

A selfie of me, with long blonde hair and a blue wax raincoat. I'm crouched down next to my greyhound Elsie. She has white and grey on her face and big brown eyes. She is wearing a green rain mac. My cheek is touching against hers. I'm smiling and she is looking straight in to the camera.

Our country and our communities are full of places of worship that are open to everyone. They provide so much, and they should be celebrated. And they don't judge you if you turn up in your mucky work clothes 🤭 🩷

And just like that, in less than 24 hours I went from photo 1, to photo 2. From holding my own live on the BBC to getting straight back under the floor fitting central heating 🙌🏻 Elect people who live in the real world not those who set out wanting a career in politics just to stroke their ego!

A photo of me in the conference hall with stalls in the background. I'm sat on a chair wearing a red jacket and blue trousers. My hair is done in curls and I look very glam! I'm being interviewed for a live interview with the BBC. There is a big light and a camera person in front of meA very contrasting photo! Of me wearing a yellow t shirt worn my hair scraped back, I look a bit grubby and I'm lying on the ground underneath the floor of a house where I'm fitting central heating. There's copper pipe next to me. I don't look like the other photo but I've got a big smile on my face!

This weekend restored my faith in humanity. Muddling along together (even if you don't always agree on stuff) is the very best of being British, and it's the only way we can come back and stick together and be able to fight against the inequality in society My heart is v full 🩷

A photo of me outside the conference venue in Bournemouth and in front of a big green sign that says 'Green Party Autumn Conference'. I'm wearing a red jacket and blue trousers and I'm crouched down with my four greyhounds. Will, Forrest and Olive are black greyhounds and Elsie is white with speckled brindles

Absolutely devastated for our Jewish community in Crumpsall, and for all of our Jewish communities across Greater Manchester and beyond. My thoughts very much with those killed and injured, and the emergency services who responded. Our city region will always stand together.

Im proud to be English and even prouder to be British. But these flags right now are not showing patriotism- they are a show to intimidate our communities and cause division. If youre actually patriotic... Come and help make this country better. The organisations below (continued....)

The latest proposals from Reform about getting rid of indefinite leave to remain, limiting welfare to 'UK citizens' only... they're not just extreme, they’re cruel. Retrospective punishment of people already settled here is absurd.
