You can't believe anything Donald says. You have to wait for independent confirmation. Remember back in July, his deal where Hamas would disarm? He said Israel was "very happy" about it. They were silent. No comment. A bit strange, given how happy they supposedly were 🤔. We know how that went.

It’s genuinely sad to watch. The President is so weak and incapable of negotiating a real deal that he just posts fake ones on social media and hopes people believe him, until every party involved puts out a statement calling him a liar. We’ve never seen weakness like this in the Oval Office.

He's so good at this. He's offered to stop bombing Russian refineries ... if Russia stops bombing Ukraine's infrastructure. He's offered to have an election ... if Russia agrees a ceasefire. Since those requests are so reasonable, it puts the spotlight back on Donald. Why the lack of pressure? 🤔

Zelenskyy: "Prices are rising because of the war in the Middle East, the blocking of Hormuz. Everyone understands it. If we want to speak with people fairly, if we want to be clear, if we want to speak with our nations openly, people have to hear reality. Don't play games with people."

Was the mask ever on? 🤔 The 2018 summit was so appalling that even *Republicans* spoke out (it was a different time - that kind of thing used to happen). "one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president in memory" - Sen McCain

Wow — listen to these new comments from Trump. Thanking Putin, trashing Zelenskyy, characterizing Russia as eager for peace and Ukraine as intransigent. The mask is totally off.

I really hope he does. His renaming spree is *extremely* stupid, but harmless. It's still the Gulf of Mexico, Lake Ontario etc, and those correct names will be put back once he's gone anyway. How far will the tech CEOs go to please him? 🤔

President Trump mused that he could rebrand either the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean, following his efforts to change the names of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario. “We call it ‘Trump Ocean’ or, or, ‘Ocean of the Americas,’ something like that,” Trump said.

The first Russian diesel cargo heading for the US left St Petersburg on September 22, two weeks *before* Trump announced the deal with Putin, Windward reports. The Greek-flagged tanker Minerva Zen carrying 275,000 barrels of diesel/gasoil is due at the US East Coast around 11–12 October.

Breaking news: The Pentagon acknowledged that the number of troops who have died in the Middle East during its operations against Iran is higher than previously reported, and updated the official count to include two more noncombat deaths.

Pentagon raises official toll of troops killed during war with Iran to 21

The Post exclusively reported last month that the numbers of service members lost was greater than what the Pentagon was reporting in its public database.

NEWS: Eight major U.S. allies—including Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan—have issued a joint rebuke of the Trump regime’s sweeping sanctions on the International Criminal Court. They vow “unwavering support” for the ICC’s independence.

A vertical graphic on a white background displays an October 9, 2026, joint statement from the foreign ministers of Canada, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The full statement, presented in black serif text, reaffirms unwavering support for the International Criminal Court (ICC), strongly opposes U.S. sanctions against the Court, warns of their impact on its work, staff, and families, and pledges continued support for international justice, accountability, and the rules-based international system.Marco Rubio, mouth agape, as he announces sweeping sanctions on the ICC to try to punish them for acknowledging Bibi Netanyahu’s war crimes

That's an excellent headline. Surely Donald didn't think he had a chance of winning? Even if it's not an official rule, recently starting a war has got to lower your chances. Over accountability, perhaps. But the US is not a signatory. Nothing to fear there either 🤷‍♂️

🚨 Just in: The US has sanctioned the ICC. "We will ban transactions with this rogue court, cutting off their resources and crippling its ability to operate," Marco Rubio said in a statement.

See if you can guess when Donald posted that the US would not be attacking Iran before the election (did that come as a surprise?). Those Wall St firms might finally get a return. For months, their poor bots had only his AI slop to make sense of. A quick short, and then cover a minute later: 💰

Of course. They never learn. Kim Jong Un calls Donald a dotard. Donald cancels exercises with South Korea. Xi says America is a nation in decline to Donald's face while he was in China. Donald rolls out the red carpet for him. Full of praise. Putin, MBS, Netanyahu ... they do as they please. 🤔

Yet again, the EU surrenders to Trump. After facing pressure from the US State Department, @kajakallas.bsky.social's EU foreign service pulled out of a conference this week at the last minute – because one of the panels dared to discuss American disinfo in Europe.
