Been working on TTRPG stuff lately. Plan to bring back my little series where I have Twitch chat control the character and game using redeems and text-to-speech. I recently got art redone of one of our characters and am gathering materials to run a game with her 👀

My writing goal: Have a published trilogy. Thats it. My writing pie in the sky dreams? That one day someone in space reads something I wrote and lets me know. Or something I wrote inspires someone to to go into space or be an astronaut.

Story Lore: The one big hand wavium element I have, is a quantum field effect that enables matter to be safely turned to energy. Normally kept contained in a reactor, if thats breaches containment will corrode away what ever is in physical contact with the reactor. Their use is banned on planets.

#writing #SciFi Story Lore: Vessels are categorized by Mass, which is based off of bird stages of development, Capability, what the vessel can travel, and general purpose, which is named according to various bird genuses. EG: FOSP= Fledge, Orbit to stellar range, Passer/Civilian

#writing #scifi Story Lore: Neptune is unusual among the Guilds of Sol, being more related in substance and size of personnel to the Plutonian Guild. The Neptunian Guild focuses solely on research and development of space faring vessels and all things related to that. Stress tests of 1/2

#writing #scifi Story Lore: The Torc system is superficially similar to the Sol system. A red planet as the 4th from the star, a habited 3rd planet and a gas giant. However, the 2nd and 3rd planet, have orbital layouts that the 3rd planet, Plinth, experiences regular seasons of twilight.

#writing #scifi 1/ Story Lore: There are two types of digital entities known of; Uploaded and Trueborn. Uploaded are the now more uncommon type, as they aren't truly someone organic who uploaded their consciousness into a digital form. Rather, they are a duplicate made from extensive brain scans.

Story Lore: Mars was well under way to be colonized when the mega corps fell, and the guilds rose. It's gleaming domes that were meant to house the ultra rich in towering palaces and resorts, quickly became repurposed to agri-domes and hydroponics. A concerted effort in concert with the Vesuvian-1/3

Story Lore: Venus is in the starting steps of a terraforming project. Several to be precise. The guild that made the sulfurous skies of Vemus its home focus not on the planet it's self, but training and sending out surveyors and miners to other guilds. Those Surveyors and Miners then often go 1/3

Story Lore: After the advent of the guilds, Mercury became Sol System's designated power supplier. The planet was slowly turned into a giant solar array, then a gigantinc project to turn what mass remained into floating arrays and facilities to send power cells and beamed microwave energy to the 1/2

Story Lore: When the nations of Earth began colonizing their home system. The mega corporations funded it, and corrupted it. After the first colonies were founded and generations began to be born off world, the colonies gave rise to the old problem of company owned towns. The revolts were brutal 1/2

Story lore: The Rings of Jupiter are not made of stellar material, but from the trailing lights of traveling shuttles, orbiting docks, and gas refineries as they scoop material from the planet. Glowing radiators can be seen like hot coals as the Industry of Sol churns.

Story Lore: Silhouetted by stars, Pluto sits at the proverbial edge of Sol. The observatories that make use of it's distance from the Sun to chart the sky for Humanites exploration outward. The scant sun and starlight glint off mryiads of detectors and telescopes.
