Pro Democracy. I am struggling to understand where I fit in this current dystopian reality. Is up really down and good really bad? Pro Constitution, pro human rights, pro income equality Anti MAGA, anti fascism, anti racism

Phang: "Capital One said, 'We don't want the business anymore of the 45th president of the United States, his businesses, his failed sons, and his revocable trust.' So you can imagine -- I am just hypothesizing... but it suggests whatever Capital One uncovered was pretty bad. Makes you wonder..."

DOJ is now 0-20 in cases to obtain state voter files. Here is the list: Arizona California Colorado Connecticut Illinois Kentucky Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan New Hampshire New Jersey New Mexico New York Oregon Pennsylvania Rhode Island Virginia West Virginia Wisconsin

I find it *deeply* depressing that guys like Max Miller and Ken Paxton remain viable candidates for federal legislative positions. At *worst*, 45% of people who can and do vote in their respective elections, will vote for them.

Not sure if you are serious. There is no reason to rig primary elections if you plan to rig the general election. Rigging a primary election would still leave the voters with the power to select the best candidate. To determine the election, you would have to rig both primary and general.

Primaries use the same voting infrastructure and procedures as the general election where are the claims the primaries were rigged

I think a new law needs to be put into effect that requires politicians, judges, etc to be screened for drug use. If you are criminalizing marijuana for others, we need to criminalize you as well. Good for the house so to speak.

A 60 Minutes probe into Epstein's banking, with Wyden already interviewed, vanished right after Sharyn Alfonsi got pushed out under Bari Weiss. Same editor who stalled the CECOT migrant story until Stephen Miller got a say. CBS keeps calling it timing. Sure looks like a pattern.

60 Minutes Epstein Banking Story Vanished After CBS Ousted Sharyn Alfonsi, Dem Senator Reveals

Wyden revealed he was interviewed for the show in a Senate report alleging the country's largest banks turned “a blind eye” to Epstein's financial activity

Notice DOJ doesn't talk about its efforts to obtain state voter files anymore. They are 0-20 in those cases and today is the beginning of the quiet period -- states can no longer do systematic removals of names from the voter rolls. TLDR: We won!🥳

A new Senate investigation says JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America processed massive sums tied to Jeffrey Epstein despite glaring red flags. Powerful institutions helped keep his operation running and every one of them must be held accountable. Follow the money, release everything.

ICYMI: We took our message directly to Texans in the first statewide debate of the election. This campaign is about putting working Texans first & taking on the Greedy Few who rig the rules for everyone else. Texans are proving that organized people can beat organized money when we stand together.

It was over for Max Miller politically when he said his wife couldn’t have been abused because she offered to make him dinner 6 days later. He may not have known it when he said it, but that was the end. You have to be a sick bastard to come up with that as your defense.

NEW from me: I think this is the perfect time to use Rachel Maddow’s oft-repeated phrase - ‘watch what they do- not what they say.’ Ignore Ellison's PR pitch, but look at what's happening at CBS News including directing reporters to add “facts” that did not exist. open.substack.com/pub/jennifer...

David Ellison can’t be trusted with CNN

We've already seen how Ellison has wrecked CBS. Don't fall for his PR push on CNN.
